At NexaBaba, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was lost in transit and never delivered

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered (please check sizing guides before purchasing)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at support@nexababa.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Do not ship any items back without contacting us first — we will review your request and provide return instructions accordingly.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)

Refund Processing

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or wrong items, NexaBaba will cover all return shipping costs. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
